A forty foot barge pole? That must have been the original saying. Out here in mid-America, it's been shortened down to "a forty foot pole".

Hi Genivieve,

I came in at 11% but I don't know what that means since my better half sometimes calls me a nerd.

John, anyone who prints glass negatives is a nerd. Trust your wife. She knows what she's talking about. Sarabeth, please don't get a nerdier-than-thou attitude. Limey, if you stay away from nerds, being cool shouldn't bother you much at all.
