CONTENTMENT:
Keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry, live simply, expect little, give much, sing often, pray always, forget self, think of others and their feelings, fill your heart with love, scatter sunshine. These are the tried links in the golden chain of contentment.

MINDSET:
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is fair, whatever is pure, whatever is acceptable, whatever is commendable, if there is anything of excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy -- keep thinking about these things.
(St. Paul's letter to the Philippians, Chapter 4, Verse 8)

I'll have some pix to post in a few days from our drive Saturday up to Russellville, KY. We drove there because (2) we wanted to enjoy a country drive and (2) to check out a butcher shop ("The Harvest") we found on the Web.
We were more than happy with what we purchased. Just $11 got us 8 lbs. of extremely fresh, locally-grown meat.
I hope this doesn't offend you (I don't remember if you're a vegetarian or not), but since we ventured into your home territory I thought I'd let you know of a local market nearby. You may already know about it.
Russellville is a neat town. It has some really beautiful old homes. And no, I'm not vegetarian, I promise. I'm the daughter of a cattle rancher -- we raised beef! ;)
